Let’s learn about Jamón Serrano, including de “Pata Negra” (black hoof), endemic from the Iberian Penninsula. The classical old times “Charcuterie”, renovated and serving the neighborhood for years.
We will see how the ham is sliced by an expert and how it comes to be the delicacy it is in every bite. Also the differences in between some pigs breeds and the final product.
