Join Jorge Roman  of Traveling with Jorge for his bi-weekly event: 50 Minutes with Jorge.

In this tip supported event Jorge will be cooking his mum's world famous Lentils soup. We will learn how he became a fanatic of this recipe over the real history behind it.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 ounces of lentils already boiled "al dente". Canned or jar is ok too.
- 3 Spanish chorizos.
- A medium size tomato, any kind.
- A medium size green pepper, any kind.
- A medium size onion, any kind.
- 4 ounces of Extra virgin olive oil. (Spanish, of course)
- 2 large bay leaves.
- 10 black peppercorns.
- 2 cloves (spice).
- 4 cloves of garlic.
- 1 coffee spoon of sweet paprika.
- 1/2 coffee spoon of grounded cumin.

In case you want to cook along with Jorge, have all ingredients ready and chopped.
