One of Spains favorite summer dishes is the GAZPACHO. It is a tomatoe based cold soup, full of energy and super refreshing.

This is what you will need if you want to cook along:

. Ripe tomatoes - 1 Kg. - 35 Oz.

. Cucumber - 1

. Green Pepper - 1

. Bread - 50gr. - 1.5 Oz.

. Garlic - 2

. Olive Oil - 50gr. - 1.5 Oz.

. Vinager - 5 gr. - 0,2 Oz.

.Water - 250gr. - 1 cup

. Salt
