Roberto Bechi hosts a free Zoom event: What I will do is give some historical background about the creation and role of olive oil throughout Italian history, from the presentation of different olive trees to the perception of the oil in our culture. Moving to the present time, I will show them how olive presses have changed over time and show them footage of one in action. Afterwards I will open the floor to a discussion of changing attitudes to this green exilir both in Italy and the USA.
