Christmas Lights in Bermuda’s Historic Town of St. George’s

Susan Brown | Eyes on Bermuda

This is the lovely UNESCO World Heritage designated town of St George’s in Bermuda with its Festive Season glow on ! Settled in 1612, it still has a number of 18th-century houses that (pre-Covid) were open annually one night in early December for the Bermuda National Trust St George’s Christmas Walkabout. Although there has been no walkabout for the last two years, we’re fortunate to have the lights up this year. Along with the restaurants that are open, the holiday sparkle adds festive fun to the area. It is a joy to wander around the streets of this historic town!
