As a bonus event that ties into our May read for Guide Collective Book Club, Fran will venture into the countryside near his hometown of Pamplona along the traditional route that's been traversed by all manner of pilgrims since the 9th century. Learn about the spiritual perspectives of this journey and get a better understanding of the route that forms the backdrop of *The Pigrimage* by Paolo Coelho (moderated by Jorge Román).

Fran Glaria was born and raised in Pamplona, part of the Basque country in northern Spain. His passions for history, art and food, led him to tour guiding. Over 20 years ago, he started a small local guiding company in his hometown. This company evolved into designing tours in the Basque region, and also into organizing tours for the Running of the Bulls festival in Pamplona.
