Small Shrimp 300gr. - 10Oz.

Cooked Spinach 100 gr. 3.5Oz.

Brick sheets 12 units

Garlic 3 cloves

Butter 100 gr. - 3.5Oz.

Flour 50 gr.

Milk 1 cup

Olive oil

Fran Glaria was born and raised in Pamplona, part of the Basque country in northern Spain.  His passions for history, art and food, led him to tour guiding.
