This is what you will need if you want to cook along:

• Olive oil 2 cups

• Vinegar 1 cup

• Thin cut Onion 1

• Garlic- 4 cloves

• Cloves - 3

• Pepper - 5

• Bay leave - 1

• Salt

• You can marinate Chicken , Turkey, Tuna, Trout….

Fran Glaria was born and raised in Pamplona, part of the Basque country in northern Spain.  His passions for history, art and food, led him to tour guiding.
